The idiom, the devil is in the details means that mistakes are usually made in the small details of a project. Brad’s desire for perfection and unwavering compromise, when it comes to quality, make up his “killer combo” for the leadership needed to run a successful restoration company.
Brad is a life-long Muncie resident and speaking of perfection; he and his wife Susan of 20 years have two children: Ethan and Emma.
He has over 20 years of experience in finance, business management and business ownership. For the past 14 years, Brad has owned and operated Damage Doctors (formerly Mitchell Cleaning) of Delaware County.
Brad holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Ball State University and claims to still have a pretty good jump shot from his high school basketball career. Brad takes immense pride in serving his community and all of East Central Indiana.
Brett is known to be spot-on for recognizing production flaws and identifying opportunities for
process improvement and that is why he would be the perfect replacement for Marcus Lemonis of the TV Reality show, The Profit.
Originally from Delaware County, Brett continues to live in the area and is a Selma Indiana resident along with his wife Nancy and three children, Karrie, Morgan and Isaac.
He graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Finance and still enjoys cheering on the Cardinals.
Brett worked for a national communications company for more than 20 years and often draws from that experience to influence positive communication processes at Damage Doctors.
Brett, his wife Nancy and kids, Karrie, Morgan, and Issac enjoy participating in Secret Families of Delaware county every year as well as Backpack Snacks within their school system which ensures all the kids will have something to eat each and every weekend.
Director of Operations
Aaron is Damage Doctors’ Director of Operations, Lead Estimator and all around “conductor”
who orchestrates the multitude of activities required to be the leading fire and water restoration company in East Central Indiana.
Shortly after joining The Shreve’s in 2006, Aaron played a vital role in helping forge a direction and a plan for Damage Doctors, its mission, and its commitment to providing excellent service to the surrounding community.
Aaron’s friendly smile and sparkling personality are simply the exterior demeanor for his proven project management capabilities and keen eye for detail. A lot of Damage Doctors’ success and positive reputation through “word of mouth” can be attributed to Aaron’s professionalism, skilled experience and calm assuredness that helps people in their most frantic and desperate time of need.
Aaron believes in living a healthy lifestyle at home which includes a diet of mostly soy and bark. He and his wife Jill have been married for nine years and their favorite pastime is attending a daily parenting class taught by their daughters, Addie and Everly.
Director of Customer Relations
James Dalton joined Damage Doctors as Director of Customer Relations in September of
2014. His main focus is customer support for their growing list of clients.
“I have been a huge fan of Damage Doctors for years and unfortunately, became a client when I discovered my basement full of water after a big rain,” said James. “I LOVE helping people put their homes, businesses and lives back together!”
James has served as President of the Yorktown Chamber of Commerce and is a long-time member of the Board of Directors for Muncie-Delaware Clean & Beautiful.
James earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and can often be overheard yelling “Go Trees!” He loves to spend time with his wife of 24 years, Diane. His youngest son Cole is a Butler Bulldog. His oldest son Clark is one of the youngest certified Drone Pilots in the country and a fellow Sycamore Alumni. His Daughter Jessica is simply the Mother of all Mothers to his two angelic granddaughters, Kenzie and Lexie.
